Returns Policy

SHIPPING

Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received. All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment.

Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us.  It is your obligation as our customer to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Domestic delivery is handled by Australia Post and is subject to their terms and conditions. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery, nor will we not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has taken place.

AUSTRALIA

Fashion Houndz offers $8.95 flat rate shipping on all domestic orders and FREE standard shipping for orders totalling more than $150 (excluding shipping costs). If you require your order sooner, you will also be given the option at Checkout of express delivery for a flat rate of only $14.95.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the items you have selected along with your country of residence.

 


RETURNS

Fashion Houndz‚Äôs main priority is our customer's satisfaction. We will offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) on any unworn/unused goods (faulty or non-faulty).  

You must first contact Fashion Houndz within 7 days of receipt of your product/s to inform us of your intent to return the goods (faulty or non-faulty); we will then provide you with the necessary authorisation and return details. Non-authorised returned items will NOT be accepted.

The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore advise you to send all returned items by a traceable service which allows you to insure your goods to their value, and one that can provide you with tracking solutions should any problem arise. We will not be held liable for items that do not arrive back to us or are deemed lost by your postage service provider, and no refunds/exchanges will be given.

NON-FAULTY ITEMS

Non-faulty returns will NOT be not accepted should the item/s show evidence of being used or worn in any way. Should an item be returned to us in any of these stated conditions, NO refund or exchange will be offered. The returned product must be in the same condition as when it was received by you. All packaging and labels must be intact and in no way cut or damaged. All non-faulty returns must comply with these guidelines and will undergo a quality inspection upon their return.

When returning non-faulty items, all delivery charges will be the responsibility of the customer and the original delivery charge will not be refunded. If you require an exchange on a non-faulty item you must include a reply-paid self-addressed satchel with the returned product/s.

FAULTY ITEMS

We will reimburse the original postage paid on proven faulty items that are returned for a refund. If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged for the re-delivery.
